This small amber flask has trailed and pinched decoration down each side and the manner in which it was pinched it leads me to conclude this is 17th century. Look at how the trailings are pinched on Ravenscroft pieces for example. I found this in England and suspect it may be from there though elsewhere in Europe can not be ruled out. Height: 10.16 centimeters (4 inches). Condition: two of the pinched fins at the very bottom are chipped off on one side. A beautiful and rare little flask non the less.
