Here is another super rare piece of mid 18th century American glass. The form of this mug with the swelled base was commonly called a cann in the 18th century. It is made from crizzled aquamarine lead glass, identical to the airtwist wine I also have listed and no doubt from the same glass factory. So I also attribute this to Pennsylvania and most likley the American Flint Glass Manufactory of William Henry Stiegel. Just under 5 inches tall and in excellent condition with just a paper thin open bubble.
