18th century American sugar and creamer made from a translucent deep blue or blue moonstone colored glass. The sugar and cover were blown in a 12 diamond mold for the pattern and the creamer was blown in a smaller diamond mold of 14 diamonds. The unusual translucent blue coloration sets this set apart from all others. Height of sugar 5 inches, height of creamer 3.25 inches.
