A very rare offhand blown small candlestick in sapphire blue bottle glass made in two parts, having an applied foot. The socket rim has been folded to the inside and flattened. Circa 1800 and probably New Jersey or PA in origin. Former Malcom Polis collection. Height: Just under 6 inches.
