This little jug was blown in the German half post method with the outer gather being ribbed and swirled. This is a mid 17th century piece and probably made in Germany, but other locatios are also possible. An extremely rare and beautiful little bottle. Height is 12.06 centimeters (4.75 inches) and undamaged. A related example is in the Bayerischen National Museum in Munich.
