This is a fine example of a cut overlay back bar bottle made in Sandwich in cobalt overlay. Applied clear glass donut lip and a polished pontil base. This same cutting pattern can be seen on Sandwich cut overlay decanters. This is the only example like this I have encountered. Height: 9.75 inches.
