This is a remarkable and very large 17th century Dutch flask in sapphire blue having nipt diamond waies decoration and a pewter mount with a screw joint closure. By far the largest example I have seen and I imagine it would hold a quart. Height overall is 20.32 centimeters (8 inches). Undamaged. The most beautiful flask I have ever seen.
